I went to the doctor and he gave me that a C-Pap machine. He did not look really good, it's unpleasant, and did not notice any change in my energy. He said that only 1 choice is surgery, but could not be sure that nothing good. Some nights are worse than others, and I'm not the best or worst snorer, and I've said time and again hold your breath during the night. I am only slightly overweight, about 30 pounds, so I do not think that losing weight will help very much. Is there any kind of herbal medicine, exercise, or anything else I can do to help my snoring problem?
